With the process officially kickstarting today, here is a look into the story regarding the matter.
As many as 85,000 aspirants are filing for H1B visas this year. This number could go up further in the days to follow based on the current prevailing trend.
This entry process will start on March 7, and will go on till March 22. This is primarily intended to create more employment opportunities for the skilled labour from other countries in the United States.
On this matter, a seasoned critic who is versed with the immigration process remarked that the newly enforced process is going to be more effective.
“The gold card is for big businesses focusing on high end talent to boost the economy. It’s basically like an addition to the H1B Visa in a way, it’s just more permanent. Most Americans would have no issue with our close neighbors to the north coming over, and I would suggest a green card/residency that lasts a certain period of time myself. So we can weed out the bad actors.” The communication from the critic read.
As is known, the price of each H 1B visa filing is going to be $215 which is again a standard pricing model.
