Vanga Geetha’s Emotional Speech: My Last Rites In Pithapuram!

Cut to less than 48 hours, Andhra Pradesh will go for an intense fight. The intensity around the general elections is quite high this time. While this is the case across the state, Pithapuram is different and the political heat is quite high there. All the parties concerned with taking the seat prestigiously is the main reason for this.

Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan is contesting from the seat. YCP gave a seat to a woman candidate who is the sitting MP. Vanga Geetha is YCP’s candidate. As an example of how prestigiously YCP took the seat, Jagan concluded the campaign from Pithapuram.

Addressing the gathering at the meeting, Jagan made sensational comments. He urged the voters to make Vanga Geetha win the elections who is like a sister to him. He said that if this happens then he will make her the Deputy Chief Minister.

Vanga Geetha gave an emotional speech. He hit back at the comments that he is not from here. She said that some people are saying she was not born in Pithapuram. I am saying my last rites should be held in Pithapuram. I am apologizing to my parents. My last journey should happen here. My sisters and brother(referring to locals) should bid goodbye to me. I am asking for a chance, she said.

Vanga Geetha also hit back at the attacks that are aimed at her. The MLA candidate said that she did not go to Hyderabad like others. When she got 102 degrees fever she did not go to Hyderabad but underwent treatment at the hospital in Pithapuram. How can they make such comments against a woman's health, she asked.
