Venkaiah Naidu is among the veteran leaders in the country. In his glorious career, he held many posts and served as the Vice President too. Off late he is keeping his distance from politics and attending events to share some good words with students and guests.

A felicitation program was held for Venkaiah Naidu. Addressing the gathering the veteran BJP leader made crucial comments. He made sensational comments at the event on the welfare schemes and others.

Talking about the welfare and free schemes, the former Vice-President said that it would be enough if education and treatment are given to the people and the rest of them are not needed. He even said that instead of the schemes people should be trained in work so that they can get employment.

Venkaiah Naidu said that it would be a big benefit to the state and Country if the schemes are stopped and education and treatment are provided. This is a big statement that came from the former Vice President.

Welfare Schemes are a controversial issue in the country. A few parties are in favour of the schemes saying that they are doing welfare to the people. On the other hand, few other parties are opposing this.

In particular to Andhra Pradesh, TDP and Janasena promised many schemes before the polls and the schemes played a key role in the alliance coming for sure. We are seeing YCP questioning the government over the delay in implementing the schemes.

Amid this Venkaiah Naidu said that it would be appropriate if education and treatment were provided to the people while the rest are not required. After his speech, a big debate is going on about whether the Andhra Pradesh government would listen to his words or not.
