Power is not permanent in politics and losing the elections will change things for any party. The BRS party is an example of this. When the party was in power for two consecutive terms, leaders from other parties joined the party. Now the opposite is happening with the two-time winning party.

The BRS leaders are leaving the party at regular intervals making the party even weaker. Compared to the other parties, leaders are showing interest in joining the grand old Congress party which is in power in the state.

Looking at the way the leaders are joining there is an opinion that doors were opened for the BRS leaders and if the same continues then it would not take much time for the BRS to get empty. There is also an opinion that Congress should slow down with this or else there would be problems.

Now senior Congress leader V. Hanumantha Rao said the same and revolted against inviting BRS leaders into the Congress. He took a strong objection to the Chief Minister meeting them and inviting them into the party.

Saying that inviting the BRS leaders into the party is not good V.H said Revanth Reddy is reducing his stature by doing this and this is not good.

Having said that, V.H urged Revanth Reddy to not do injustice to the party activists. Talking about the Congress win he said that the schemes announced by the party helped them come to power.

Heavy inflow of leaders is always a big issue and might lead to a fight between the leaders. If the leaders have to be nominated for posts then it becomes a big task as the leadership could not decide whether to pick the party leaders or leaders who come from other parties. Usually, leaders join other parties hoping for posts. Considering this V. Hanumantha Rao might have made these comments.
