All Set: New Party Coming In Andhra Pradesh?

Andhra Pradesh has been one of the political motivated states in South India and it has been the case for the last four or five decades. However, we have arrived at a saturation point where there are multiple political parties that are already active in the state.

We have the traditional Telugu Desam party, which has been around for more than four decades. And around a decade and half back, Jagan launched YSR Congress, and this has been a successful party as well.

In addition to this, we have the BJP and Janasena, which are also active in Andhra Pradesh and are in alliance with the TDP. The return of YS Sharmila has added a lot of boost to the Congress party as well.

Now it appears that this stage is set for the launch of a new political party in Andhra Pradesh and this time it is the turn of Vijaya Sai Reddy to do the same.

This senior politician, who was earlier with YSR Congress has now publicly announce that he will be launching his own political party in Vijayawada this week. He confirmed that his new political party will be officially launched in the next three or four days.

Considering his earlier proximity to former chief minister, YS Jagan, Sai Reddy became an influential face in AP politics, and he is now looking to change things up. Only time will tell if he will be successful enough in running a political party of his own.

There is standing NDA alliance that’s in power. And then we have the case of the opposition, YSR Congress and the Congress party. So we have to patiently wait and see if there is enough vacuum for the launch of a new political party on behalf of Sai Reddy now.
