His fitness is such that we don't see the former skipper not playing the series. But Virat Kohli surprised everyone by opting not to be a part of the squad for the home series against England. This led to many speculations and theories.
The suspense around his absence was put to rest as power couple Virat Kohli-Anushka Sharma welcomed their second child. The couple had a baby boy who is named Akaay. Earlier the couple had a baby girl who was named Vamika.
It is said that Akaay was born in London which started the speculations on whether he would get British citizenship as he was born in a hospital there. However, the experts say that this is not possible as there are a few parameters to get citizenship. Taking a birth there won't get citizenship automatically.
The rules say that if a kid has to get British citizenship at least one parent should be a British Citizen or settled status. A child of British parents would also get citizenship even if he or she is not born in the country. As per the rules, Akaay will not get British Citizenship. But he will get a British passport.
Virat Kohli-Anushka Sharma welcoming the baby boy took social media by a storm as there was a flood of memes and posts for Junior Kohli. Virat Kohli’s Instagram post received a super response in no time with thousands of comments and millions of likes. The post earned over 8.8 million likes on Instagram.
