Drug trafficking is a big issue we are facing as a world. Many countries see this as a big crime and slap the guilty with heavy punishments. Some countries impose capital punishment on the guilty. Despite the strong laws and punishments, trafficking is not coming down.

Singapore is one such nation where drug trafficking is seen as a big crime. A gang was busted and two people were found guilty and slapped with death punishment by hanging. After a long time, a woman is going to be hanged in Singapore.

As per the information, a man and a woman were convicted in drug trafficking and they were slapped with hanging. Saridewi Djamani is one of the two convicts. She was convicted in a case that goes back to 2018.

It is said that after a long time of two decades, a woman is going to be hanged. The last time a woman was executed in Singapore was in 2004. A hairdresser identified as Yen May Woen who was 36 was executed.
