Today is World Sleep Day. Sleep is a basic human need and everyone knows this. However, not everyone gets healthy sleep due to various reasons. To create awareness on the importance of healthy sleep and well-being the day is observed.

On World Sleep Day let us look at the importance of cognitive refocusing. Conditions like insomnia and others prevent people from having healthy sleep. Steps like cognitive refocusing make wonders in this. It is a process of developing thoughts that keeps us relaxed.

It works in a way that we should imagine excelling in the things that we are doing. With this, we can excel in the work and get relaxed.
