Flash: Unnecessary Risk Brings New Police Case On YS Jagan

The former chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy visited his home constituency of Pulivendula a couple of days ago to assess the ongoing local body election procedure here.

However, this was followed by something unexpected as Jagan sat down on the streets of Pulivendula as a token of protest against the election procedure, which was being held in a unanimously disapproved manner.

Jagan sat down for the protest in front of the election office, and this has now resulted in a police case being filed against him. The Pulivendula Police have filed a complaint against Jagan in this direction.

Generally, when there is a disturbance to the election commission procedure in any part of this state, there is a police case that is filed against the concerned individual. A similar scenario happened in the case of Jagan now as a case has been filed against him.

Jagan will now have to face the consequences of this police case, and this is extremely controversial in nature as well. We have seen several people face the consequences for the police cases that are filed during the election procedure as this is volatile and unpredictable in nature.

The fact that the former chief minister of Andhra Pradesh placed himself in such a risk due to a local body, election can be categorised as unnecessary risk. But this was the plan that was implemented by Jagan earlier, and he will have to face the legal consequences now.
