YS Viveka Case: Supreme Court Postpones Hearing!

The sensational YS Vivekananda Reddy case had reached the Supreme Court. A few petitions were filed in the country's top court. The next hearing in the case was postponed by two months. Media reports say that the Supreme Court made some sensational comments during the same.

It is known that YS Avinash Reddy was granted bail in the case earlier. The serving Kadapa MP is A-8 in this case. YS Viveka's daughter Sunitah Reddy who has been fighting in the case had filed a petition seeking directives to cancel his bail.

On the other hand, it is said that a petition was filed seeking bail for Gangireddy. However, the Supreme Court is believed to have expressed dissatisfaction with the petition and made some crucial comments. His lawyers placed the arguments seeking bail for Gangireddy.

Media reports say that the Supreme Court made some crucial comments and said: This is a murder case and the bail affairs should be seen carefully. They should wait for the bail.

On the other hand, the Supreme Court is said to have postponed the next hearing to September second week and attached the bail petitions of Gangireddy and Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy.

It has to be mentioned here that, the CBI has been probing the matter for a few years now. Earlier, the AP CID probed the matter. With the fight of Sunitha, the case was handed over to CID. Earlier, the case was transferred to Telangana from Andhra Pradesh.
