5 Crores For Promotions In Russia?

Icon Star Allu Arjun's 'Pushpa' is getting released in Russia today and it is the first time a Telugu film is releasing in Russia on such a grand scale. The entire team of 'Pushpa' including Allu Arjun, Sukumar, Rashmika, Devi Sri Prasad and others flew to Russia and promoted the movie aggressively. The result of this movie is awaited for the time being and sources claim that the team has spent over 5 crores for the movie's publicity.
While we have learned the importance of promotions in recent times, spending 5 crores is too much according to some people. No Telugu film has worked before in Russia and it will be a huge task for the movie to get back the money invested on the promotions itself. At the beginning, they wanted to spend 2 crores at the maximum but it got increased due to the crew that travelled along with the main team.
But if the movie succeeds in Russia, Telugu film industry will find another big market for our films to explore and exploit. 'RRR' team went to Japan for promotions and it worked out as the movie got huge profits there. We need to wait and see how 'Pushpa' fares at the Russian box office.

The second part is going to be made on a bigger scale and Sukumar had spent a lot of time preparing the perfect. Rashmika Mandanna will be seen as the heroine in the second part as well while Fahadh Faasil will be seen as the main villain. Devi Sri Prasad is getting ready to make the audience go crazy with his tunes once again while Mythri Movie Makers are bankrolling this pan-Indian project.
