Aamir Khan Using IPL Finale For His Trailer Launch!

Bollywood's Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan has been working on his upcoming film 'Laal Singh Chadda' for quite a while now. After a disaster like 'Thugs of Hindustan', he took time and came up with the idea of adapting Hollywood classic 'Forrest Gump' to Indian culture. The shooting started long back but it got postponed due to lockdowns and the release date got pushed so many times.
The movie is finally releasing on 11th August and Aamir Khan decided to release the theatrical trailer on 29th May in order to raise the expectations massively. He has now decided to use the finals of Indian Premier League for the promotion of his movie. The match begins at 7:30 PM but Aamir Khan will be present at the studio from 6 PM.
The trailer will play in the first innings during the second time out on 'Star Sports' and 'Disney + Hotstar'. While many heroes arrived in the studio to promote their films in between the innings, Aamir Khan took it a bit further and decided to host it himself and utilize the heavy viewership of finals to his advantage. Let us wait and see how the trailer of 'Laal Singh Chadda' is going to be on Sunday.

Kareena Kapoor is the female lead in this project and Tollywood's young hero Naga Chaitanya is playing a key role. Atul Kulkarni adapted the film while Advait Chandan is the film's director. It is produced by Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Kiran Rao, Ajit Andhare and Radhika Chaudhari. Pritam is composing the music for this slice of life drama.
