Will 'Acharya' Get Postponed Once Again?

'Acharya' is one of the most awaited projects in Tollywood. Written and directed by Koratala Siva, 'Acharya' has Megastar Chiranjeevi playing the main lead. After shooting for a brief period, the team had to take an unintentional break due to the Corona pandemic.
The shooting of this film is yet to begin again but the makers are adamant on releasing it on 9th April 2021. They thought of restarting the filming in June 2020 but with COVID-19 spreading like wildfire at that time. The plans were pushed to September but that too didn't work out. With a lot of films restarting again, many thought that 'Acharya' will be rolling from October but gossip in the industry says that Chiru and Koratala are not willing to take any risk and pushed the shooting back for another two months.
This is still a rumour but if it turns out to be true, there is a huge chance that the release date may get postponed too. Kajal is the heroine in this film while Ram Charan is playing a key role apart from bankrolling it. Mani Sharma is the music composer for 'Acharya'.
