Actor allegedly makes plans to kill officers, FIR filed!

The infamous sexual assault and abduction case filed against a popular actor continues to haunt him. The crime branch wing of Police which is probing the issue had reportedly filed a fresh case against the actor on the grounds of reportedly making plans to eradicate the officers dealing with the case.
Going into details, the Kerala Police's Crime Branch department had reportedly registered a case against Malayalam actor Dileep after the alleged audio clip of him in which he can be heard discussing plans to kill the officials probing the case against him filed against him back in 2017.
The media reports are of the opinion that the issue reached the Crime Branch when a filmmaker complained against the actor to the cops. As a response to the complaint, a First Information Report (FIR) was reportedly filed against Dileep and five others in this matter.
Holding them accused of reportedly making plans to kill the officers, the Crime Branch reportedly charged them under various sections of the Indian Penal Code(IPC) which deal with the offenses they have planned to do.
The FIR filed against the accused in connection with the new allegations says that the actor who is not happy with the case filed against him and the official dealing with it and how he was taken into custody in this matter had made a conspiracy to take the lives of the officers who are probing the matter.
The actor has been in the news since 2017 in connection with the sensational case of kidnap and rape of an actor in a vehicle. In total, eight people were mentioned as the accused in the case, including the Malayalam actor Dileep who is accused number eight in the infamous incident
The much-talked-about case which continues to be in the news has reached the court for the trials. The Ernakulam Additional Special Sessions Court is hearing the petitions pertaining to the case and the trial is going on with the case. The First Information Report(FIR) filed against the accused is the new development in the infamous case that traces back to four years.
