Megastar Chiranjeevi is one of the most humble actors in Telugu cinema. He never loses his cool even if he finds himself in tricky situations. However, a senior Telugu actress has made an interesting comment while speaking about Chiranjeevi. The actress is Annapoorna, a senior character artist who played several supporting roles in her prolonged career.
Annapoorna shared that Chiranjeevi once shouted at her while they were shooting for a film. She went on to confirm that it was all in good spirits and only for the betterment of the scenes.
"This incident took place while I was in the early stages of my career. I used to be awestruck whenever I saw a top actor right in front of me. On one such day, I happened to be right in front of Chiranjeevi who was at the peak of his career. In such situations, I used to either mess up my dialogue delivery or my positioning in front of the lights or the cameras. On that particular day, I was supposed to shoot with Chiranjeevi, but I happened to stand a bit too far from the light. Chiru then shouted at me and asked me to get my positioning right. He shouted at me 'can't you stand properly? Can't you see the light?' Then I moved closer to the light and that enhanced my appearance on the screen," she said.
Annapoorna said she understood that Chiranjeevi shouted at her only for the betterment of the scene and there is nothing more to it than that.
Cut to now, Chiranjeevi is presently busy with Acharya which is in the final leg of production. He is set to join the sets of Lucifer remake once he is done with the Koratala Sive directorial. He is also lining up a project each with Bobby, and Meher Ramesh. He is likely to take the Bobby directorial onto the floors once he is done with the Lucifer remake. As for the film with Meher Ramesh, it is a remake of Tamil film, Vedhalam which had Ajith Kumar in the lead role. More details will be out soon.
