Mainly to help them remake other language films and safeguard their Industry from losses, Kannada producers banned dubbing films.

As direct Telugu films release in the state of Karnataka, our producers did not mind it. Recently, Kannada producers came up with a thought of Ban on all other language films release too, as exhibitors favoured those films than their own.

They backed off when exhibitors said they will ban Kannada films if need arises and asked the producers to be open-minded.

KGF Chapter 1, showed them how positively they should look to increase their market by being open to all languages than close themselves from everyone.

The kind of reception KGF received and the new wave of cinema that is not depending on remakes made Kannada producers to lift the ban on dubbing films.

After Mayabazar from Telugu, Rangasthalam as Rangasthala got huge release and the reception was great too.

Movie got 85 theatres in the state, and 26 shows in just Bangalore on the opening day. This is a record for dubbing films in Karnataka and Ram Charan, Samantha Akkineni starrer is able to send a message that content is the true king.

Sukumar who could deliver such a huge blockbuster is still penning his next and Allu Arjun will join him after Arya series, almost after a decade, for this film bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers who produced Rangasthalam.
