Akhil Akkineni has been eagerly waiting to score a proper hit at the box office. The actor whose previous outing 'Mr Majnu' also ended up as a disaster at the box office is now going to join hands with Bommarillu Bhaskar.
Bunny Vaas is bankrolling this project whereas Allu Aravind is presenting this film. The shooting of the movie is going on with brisk pace. After wrapping up this project, Akhil is going to do his next project with 'Awe' and 'Kalki' fame Prashanth Varma. If the buzz is to be believed, just like 'Kalki', Prashanth has penned an interesting thriller for Akhil as well. Many rumours about the female lead of this film came out but the official announcement is still awaited. As per the latest reports, Malayali beauty Nivetha Thomas is who recently scored a super hit with 'Brochevarevarura' is on board for this film.
