Adorable actress Varsha Bollamma is celebrating her birthday today and the team of her upcoming film 'Stand Up Rahul' has released the cutest song of the year named 'Ala Ila'. This sweet melody has been released by Rowdy hero Vijay Devarakonda. Directed by debutant Santo Mohan Veeranki, Raj Tarun plays the role of stand up comedian. The first look posters and the teaser released by Rana Daggubati created a good impression on the film.
Coming to the song, it is sung by Satya Yamini and Sweekar Agasti. Anantha Sriram has penned the lyrics while Sweekar Agasthi composed the music too. It is a very cool melody song which will be even beautiful with the lyrics. It establishes the love between heroine and hero from the female lead's perspective. Varsha Bollamma looks adorable and dorky while Raj Tarun looks smart. They look good together on the screen and the romance is quite cute.
This coming-of-age feel-good romantic comedy is being produced by Nandakumar Abbineni and Bharath Maguluri under 'Dream Town Productions' and 'High Five Pictures' banners. Apart from Raj Tarun and Varsha Bollamma, we have Vennela Kishore, Murali Sharma, Devi Prasad, Indraja, Madhurima Rajkumar kasireddy, Tejo Bhattaru and others playing key roles. Ravi Teja Girijala is going to edit this flick while Sreeraj Raveendran cranks the camera. Uday Umagopal is the art director while Eshwar Penti is the choreographer. Nanda Kishore Emani has penned the dialogues while the additional dialogues were given by Ashwin B, Kss and Shalini. The release date of this urban romantic comedy is yet to be announced.
Raj Tarun has been waiting for a good hit to get back on form. He scored a hattrick with his first three films but he wasn't able to find a good success since then. He was busy during the lockdown period too with multiple digital releases. Let us wait and see which direction 'Stand Up Rahul' takes. The teaser and the songs definitely give a positive vibe to the romantic entertainer loaded with a lot of fun. Stand Up comedy is a point that is quite new to the Telugu audience which may be the film's USP. Hope it becomes successful.
