Touted to be a vigilante-action comedy entertainer, DJ (Duvvada Jagannadham) starring stylish star Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde hit the screens in 2017.
Director Harish Shankar helmed this project and Dil Raju pooled resources for the film. After the theatrical run of the movie, producer Dil Raju also released the movie on YouTube on his official YouTube channel in December 2017. After the theatrical release, the movie collected nearly 70.5 crores distributor share but the movie that got released on the YouTube channel is creating more sensation. Today, Allu Arjun starrer 'DJ' has crossed 50 million views on YouTube and became Tollywood first ever movie to pull of this feat with over 129k likes.
It is known that the Hindi version is also released on Goldmines Telefilms YouTube channel in July last year and the movie video has recorded more than 72 million views with over 229k likes.
