Bangarraju's surprisingly good 2nd day at box office

Despite the mixed reviews, Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya's Bangarraju got off to a dream start at the box office. The film collected in upwards of Rs 17 crores gross at the box office.
Interestingly, the film's day 2 collection are higher than its opening day collections. The film has collected Rs 19 crores gross on its 2nd day as compared to its first day at the ticket counters.
"Bangarraju broke several records on day two with massive figures on Sankranthi day. The day two figures of the movie much bigger than the day one numbers. For two days, Bangarraju grossed 36.5 Cr worldwide.
Encouraging mouth talk, Nag-Chay combo, unlimited entertainment, appealing visuals, groovy songs and glamor treat are the major factors for Bangarraju making strong business at box office.
Due to huge demand, new theatres are added for Bangarraju from second day itself and still the film saw packed houses in all the centers. There is no competition for Bangarraju for the festival and it is expected to enter profit zone very soon." the statement from the makers of Bangarraju said.
The festival season release is helping the family entertainer big time.
