Natural star Nani is all set to arrive with his pan-Indian movie 'Dasara' on 30th March. It is releasing in five languages and was made on a massive budget which is the highest in Nani's career till date. Keerthy Suresh will be seen as the heroine in this project which was directed by Srikant Oodela.
This rustic rural drama has a Telangana backdrop and the director seems to have depicted the culture quite well and made a gripping drama that is ready to be unfolded on the screen. Nani pinned a lot of hopes on this movie as it is quite different from the films he does. The star hero is expecting the audience to embrace 'Dasara' quite well.
In the list of Tier 2 heroes, it is Vijay Deverakonda who got the highest collections on the first day with his action drama 'Liger'. Despite being a disaster, the movie came with a lot of hype and it got a gross of 25 crores on its opening day. The next film to stand on this list is Victory Venkatesh and Varun Tej's 'F3' which collected 23 crores. Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya's 'Bangarraju' minted 17 crores on its first day whereas Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi's 'Love Story' got the same money. Even 'Uppena' earned 17 crores on its first day and it is followed by Vijay Deverakonda's flop movie 'Liger' which got 16 crores.
Nani's 'MCA' got the highest opening day collections in his career. It was just 16 crores. Despite being the most bankable star with a lot of hits and staying in the top place in the Tier 2 heroes list, Nani doesn't have this record.
