Chiru-Mahesh-Koratala: Are They Just Rumours?

From the past few days, the news of superstar Mahesh Babu doing a cameo in Koratala Siva's upcoming with megastar Chiranjeevi is going viral. Chiru recently attended the pre-release event of Mahesh's 'Sarileru Neekevvaru' and Mahesh always showcased his respect towards the legendary actor.
Also, Koratala shares a very close relation with Mahesh as the director gave the superstar two blockbusters like 'Srimanthudu' and 'Bharat Ane Nenu'. Taking all these things into consideration, the news of Mahesh playing a brief role in Chiru's next became popular and some people even started believing it.
But trusted sources from the industry claim that they are just baseless rumors and Mahesh is not doing that role. Apparently, Koratala asked Mahesh if he is interested to do a cameo in Chiranjeevi's film for which the 'Pokiri' actor said no. With this, the makers are now reportedly planning to rope in either Allu Arjun or go back to Charan for that role. We need to wait and see what happens.
This film is tentatively titled 'Acharya' and it deals with the corruption in temple authorities. Chiru will be seen as a Naxalite in some portions of the film and the look got leaked recently. Mani Sharma is composing music for this film while Trisha is playing the female lead. This movie is being produced by Ram Charan and Matinee Entertainments together.
