'Rangamarthanda' is getting ready to hit the screens on 22nd March. Mythri Movie Makers is going to distribute this film and the latest reports claim that the movie was given a clean 'U' certificate by the censor board. The team released a video where Megastar Chiranjeevi gave his voice for a description of an 'Actor' which generated a decent buzz on the movie. It is a film that has been in the making for a long time and it is going to be a very emotional drama as per reports. Hardcore movie lovers are eager to see what Krishna Vamsi came up with this time.
Produced by Houseful Movies and Rajashyamala Entertainments banners, Krishna Vamsi confirmed it as a story about all mothers and fathers. Legendary music composer Ilayaraja is working on this project while the late Sirivennela Seetharamasastry had penned the lyrics. Top actress Ramya Krishna is playing a significant role and Brahmanandam is playing a key role too. Adarsh Balakrishna, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Rahul Sipligunj and Shivathmika Rajasekhar are also a part of this film.
Versatile actor Prakash Raj is playing the title role. This movie is reportedly a remake of the Marathi film 'Nata Samrat' which has Nana Patekar playing the lead role. Krishna Vamsi who was once a top director in Tollywood has been struggling to make successful films over the past decade. He took a long gap after 'Nakshatram' and he is coming back now.
