'Dasara' Collections Not Up To The Mark In North!

Natural Star Nani's latest offering 'Dasara' is running successfully in theatres and registered supreme numbers on the first day. The collections on the first day turned out to be Nani's best and the trade pundits are expecting the film to do extremely well during the weekend. This pan-Indian release got a huge reception in the Telugu states and the collections from other parts of South India is also quite decent.
But the movie failed to get the expected money from the North market. Nani & Co promoted the film quite aggressively in North India. They hoped 'Dasara' will get a good opening but their predictions went wrong. Ajay Devgn's 'Bholaa' which released at the same time played a huge role in 'Dasara' getting release collections but with the positive talk, the returns on the second day turned out to be better than the first day. We need to see if the collections gradually improve just like 'Pushpa' or not.
People are loving Nani's performance and Srikanth's honest narration. Dasara' is a rustic rural drama that revolves around socioeconomic conditions, ambitions and politics in the coalfields. Sudhakar Cherukuri produced this movie while Santosh Narayanan is the music composer. Keerthy Suresh is the heroine while Deekshith Shetty played a crucial role as Nani's friend.
