The deadly Covid had a devastating impact on the Film Industry. With the current second wave ringing the danger bells, the shootings have been stopped, which in turn resulted in cine workers going through a tough period.
Seeing their plight, ace Tollywood producer Dil Raju, director Chadalavada Srinivas, and Yalamanchili Ravichand have started an initiative to help the cine workers named Kalamathalli Chedodu.
Under the initiative, the cine workers were supplied with groceries like Rice bags, dal, oil packets, Tea powder, and other essentials. 600 cine workers, including drivers, junior artists, and others have received the help.
Yalamanchili Ravichand addressed the media after the distribution program and said, the groceries given for the cine workers will last for around 30 days. Saying that the cine workers count will be around 4,000 in the industry, he said the remaining workers will also be provided with the help.
