Malayali music composer Gopi Sundar is getting busier with each passing day. His super hit music in films like 'Geetha Govindham', 'Ninnu Kori', 'Majili' and others made him very popular in Telugu. Known for his cool romantic numbers, he is becoming the first choice for all the medium-range films.
Thaman and DSP demand high remunerations while Gopi Sundar charges less and is giving hit tunes. This is making our filmmakers lean towards him. Seeing this as an opportunity, this music director who worked from Kerala till now has recently shifted his base to Hyderabad. This makes him more approachable to the directors and also reduces the burden of travelling and hotel expenses on the producers. Looks like a perfect strategy!
