Gudiki Vacchi... Buddhunda?: Samantha On Divorce Rumors

Much is being said and written about the marital life of Naga Chaitanya and Samantha. There are several reports claiming that all is not well between the star couple. However, neither Samantha nor Naga Chaitanya have responded to these rumors, which is, in turn, fuelling them. Incidentally, Samantha visited Tirumala Balaji temple today and she was asked an irritating question by one of the media reporters who was covering Samantha's trip to the famous Hindu shrine. The reporter asked Samantha to respond to the speculations and rumors about her marriage life. To which, Samantha did not hold back and gave a hard-hitting and fitting response.
"Gudiki Vacchi Buddhunda?" Samantha asked the reporter. This vaguely translates to "You are in a temple. Don't you any sense while asking such questions?". Samantha's fierce reply shut down the reporter for good and rightly so. Asking personal questions while a person is out in the public is not the best of practices and the reporter who asked Samantha about her marriage life got to learn it the hard way. Samantha's firm reply drew a surprised reaction from the crowd and the onlookers.
On the work front, Samantha recently wrapped up Shakuntalam, which is her first pan-India film. The mythological love drama is directed by Gunasekhar and Samantha plays the titular role in the film. Also, Samantha is close to completing her next big Tamil project which has Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead roles. Recently, Samantha signed a new Telugu project which will be helmed by a debutante. This project will be bankrolled by Sridevi Movies and it will be officially launched very soon. It will be a lady oriented film and Samantha is really excited about the same. She feel that the film has a winning storyline.
As for Naga Chaitanya, he is awaiting the release of Love Story, which is billed to be a love drama. The film is directed by Sekhar Kammula and it features Sai Pallavi in the female lead role. Love Story is announced for theatrical release on the 24th of this month. Promotions are in full swing for the love drama.
