Valmiki Release: What Did Court Say?

'Valmiki' starring Varun Tej is scheduled to release on September 20th. Makeover of the Mega Hero and his Performance generated tremendous buzz around this movie. However, the suspense over the release date continues because of the legal issues.
Valmiki Community moved the High Court seeking stay on the release of 'Valmiki'. Anantapur MP isn't only behind the legal fight but also met I&B Minister Prakash Javdekar to complain about the controversial title. Protests has been staged at different parts of the Telugu States seeking title change.
However, 'Valmiki' Makers maintained that their movie doesn't hurt anybody's sentiments and the Valmiki Community will feel proud of it after the release.
High Court which accepted the petition moved against 'Valmiki' served notices to Varun Tej, Harish Shankar, 14 Reels Plus, DGP, Censor Board and Film Chamber. All of them were asked to file their counter within four weeks. Whether the release of 'Valmiki' will be stalled until then or Hearing happens after the release?
