Hrithik as Krishna in Deepika's Mahabharat?

Hrithik Roshan is said to be a part of Satte Pe Satta remake by Farah Khan and Rohit Shetty. But he opted out of the film, recently citing creative differences.
Now, we hear that he might play Krishna in Nitish Tiwari's Mahabharat explored from Draupadi's Point of View.
Madhu Mantena is one of the producers and he confirmed that Deepika Padukone agreed to be a part of the film, as Draupadi.
Now, he is talking with Hrithik Roshan about the project, it seems. He could play the character of Lord Krishna in the mythology.
Aamir Khan or Akshay Kumar were considered before as per Bollywood news reports but from them, the talks have swifted to Hrithik Roshan, it seems.
Nitish, who made Dangal and Chhichhore, also wants to see if SRK will be a part of the film in some capacity, it seems.
