Vijay Devarakonda said that he wants to keep growing as an actor so much so that he feels embarrassed to see Arjun Reddy.
Arjun Reddy is seen as once in a lifetime opportunity and role for any actor. Most of them would be happy if they can find such a role so early but Vijay wants to outgrow that film.
He said, "I am happy and thrilled to be known as Arjun Reddy but that cannot be the only pinnacle as a performer. It is juf a start not the end.
I want to grow so much that I feel I should have done much better with the role and feel embarrassed about it.
I shouldn't be thinking that I will never be able to top it and that makes me think I am limiting myself. I will try to better it all the time."
About his next film, Dear Comrade, Vijay Devarakonda said that he understands that his fans have major expectations from his films and he will deliver on them with the movie.
He coined it as new-age love story in director Bharat Kamma style. Movie is releasing on 26th July, 2019.
