Allu Arjun strived hard to become a star and he promised to look ultra-stylish on screen when he was trolled for his looks during his first film.
He changed his image on screen by bringing in new styles and hence, he got the name, Stylish Star. Now, the actor is looking at living up to the image.
While he feels obligated, producers are facing increase in cost of production, it seems. The rumours say that Ala Vaikuntapurramuloo producers wanted the hero to make a deal with a clothing line which will reduce the cost of costumes.
Allu Arjun refused to take such a deal and flew to Paris with his designer. He bought different outfits from big brands and they have cost a fortune, it seems.
One report suggested that a white coat he wears in the song, Samajavaragamana costs more than Rs. 3.5 lakhs and all this for the hero to look trendy and stylish on screen.
