Is Vishal not interested in Telugu market?

On one hand, we see Suriya, Karthi, Chiyaan Vikram kind of actors giving marketing their best shot to increase buzz of their releases in Telugu and Tamil.
Suriya had to face an all-time low with Bandobast not even having any buzz whatsoever in Telugu market. But he did not give up on promotions.
Karthi had a decimal Dev to follow up and he continued to focus on marketing his Khaithi in Telugu. He attended all events and gave interviews to make sure that there is some buzz for the film.
Bigil/Whistle team maintained good PR relations with every publication and media outlet to see that their film is talk of the town before release in Telugu.
Vishal, who belongs to Telugu family settled in Tamil Nadu, did not show any interest in promoting his film, Action. Tamanna had to wait for him and he even cancelled all interviews with major media outlets.
When the market for dubbing films is not at its best and when the producers have to recover big amounts, his attitude doesn't seem right at all. Hope, he takes care of the situation further.
