It's A Wrap For Vivek Agnihotri's 'The Kashmir Files

Filmmaker Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri's most ambitious project till date- The Kashmir Files has completed its shooting part. The director along with the team announced that they have wrapped up the shoot.

Kashmir Files is the story of the biggest genocide in India's history- the ethnic cleansing of Kashmiri Pandits. According to the director, it will be a true retelling of incidents and not based on opinions. He intended to record the testimonials of many first generation survivors and base his film on their experiences.

Anupam Kher took to Twitter and posted a happy video of the team and wrote, "It is a WRAP for #TheKashmirFiles. Gut-wrenching, sad & truthful experience. The Kashmir Files featuring Mithun Chakraborty, Anupam Kher, Pallavi Joshi, Puneet Issar and Arpan Tiwari is expected to release by mid-2021.
