Kamal Haasan Catches Covid, Admitted To Hospital

In what it could be a shocker, Universal Star Kamal Haasan had come in contact with the contagious Coronavirus pandemic. Owing to his condition, the actor-turned-politician had quarantined himself at a hospital facility in Chennai. Announcing the same, Kamal Haasan urged everyone to be safe and follow the precautions.
Taking to microblogging site Twitter, Kamal Haasan announced that he developed a cough after he returned from the United States recently. He underwent the Covid test and the test reports came back positive. Kamal Haasan had appealed to everyone that everyone should be careful and take precautions as the Covid fear still exists.
Kamal Haasan visited the United States recently to launch his fashion brand 'House of Khaddar' to give the clothes weaved by the weavers a big uplift by promoting them at the international level.
On the professional front, Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan is currently working for Vikram which is being shot at a rapid pace. The film stars other talented actors like Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil. Kaithi fame Lokesh Kanakaraj is helming the much-awaited film.
Besides Vikram, Kamal Haasan also has the upcoming vigilante action thriller Indian 2 in hand. Director Shankar who directed the original 'Indian' is directing the sequel Indian 2 which is being made on a big scale. Touted to be a Pan-Indian film, Indian 2 is bankrolled by Allirajah Subaskaran.
