'Dear Comrade' is being planned as a Pan-South Flick. This Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna-starrer is releasing all over South on July 26th.
Much to everyone's surprise, Karan Johar declared he will be remaking the Hindi version of 'Dear Comrade' on Dharma Productions banner. He complimented the Team for coming up with a stunning yet powerful Love Story. He was all praise for the top-notch performances of the Lead Pair and exceptional music by Justin Prabhakaran.
In reply, Vijay Devarakonda claimed to be so proud to know Karan Johar has watched 'Dear Comrade', loved it and wanted to remake it. He even tagged Karan Johar's twitter handle to convey, 'Can't wait to do something mad with you & Dharma Productions'.
Vijay Devarakonda mayn't do the Hindi remake. He is probably waiting for a new script from Dharma Productions.
A lot of people wonder if the statements issued by Karan Johar and Vijay Deverakonda are a publicity stunt. Why because, 'Dear Comrade' is yet to release and gain people's acceptance. Will Karan Johar goes ahead with the remake even if the Southern version doesn't meet the expectations? For now, This news will pave way for boosting the buzz of the four-language flick.
