Touted to be the biopic on Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rama, 'Lakshmi's NTR' movie directed by controversial director Ram Gopal Varma has hit the screens last month before the elections in Telangana and Overseas.
But the movie failed to make it in the theatres in Andhra Pradesh. It is known that the court has issued a stay order on this film. As per the latest reports, the movie has finally got a perfect release date to hit the screens in Andhra Pradesh. As the elections are already completed and the movie has got all the required clearances, RGV is planning to release the film on 26th of this month. Apart from the Hollywood movie 'Avengers: Endgame', no other Telugu movie is going to get released on that day. So, the distributors who have already seen big losses with the delay in the release, has decided to release the flick on April 26 in Andhra Pradesh.
Directed by Ram Gopal Varma in association with Agastya Manju, the movie is bankrolled by Deepthi Balagiri and Rakesh Reddy. P Vijay Kumar, Yagna Shetty and Shritej played crucial roles in the film.
