Low Buzz On 'The Ghost' Despite Pre-Release Event!

The pre-release event of King Nagarjuna's 'The Ghost' was held on Sunday in Kurnool. Huge crowds gathered at the venue and it was a feast for Akkineni fans to see Nagarjuna as his sons Naga Chaitanya and Akhil together on the stage. Film's heroine Sonal Chauhan, director Praveen Sattaru and the rest of the team were present at the event which was a success. But, the pre-release event failed to generate any buzz on the film.

The main reason for these events is to generate buzz before the film's release. Barring the people who attended the event, not many people watched it on television or on the internet. The main reason for this is the India vs Australia 3rd T20 match that was held in Hyderabad. This nail-biting encounter between the two top teams grabbed all the attention and people were more interested in watching the Cricket match rather than the pre-release event.

Due to this, not many people are talking about the 'The Ghost' event or the film. With this action thriller competing against Megastar's 'Godfather', it needs a lot of promotion. With the main event failing to create the buzz, the team is reportedly feeling a lot of pressure and it is to be seen what they do in the coming few days.

Nag will be seen as an Interpol officer while Sonal Chauhan is the female lead. Gul Panag played Nagarjuna's sister, Anikha Surendran appeared as his niece. Manish Chaudhari, Ravi Varma, Shrikanth Iyyangar, Bilal Hossein and others play key roles. Cinematography is handled by Mukesh G, wherein Brahma Kadali is the art director. Dinesh Subbarayan and Kaecha are the stunt directors. Mark K Robin who is an expert in scoring music for action and thriller movies worked on this flick. This project is bankrolled by Sree Venkateshwara Cinemas LLP and Northstar Entertainment Banners.
