Lucifer Remake Finds It Tough To Get The Right Cast

The Tollywood remake of the Malayalam blockbuster 'Lucifer' is always in the news ever since it was announced. Recently Chiranjeevi himself announced that young Director Sujith was picked to direct the remake as per Ram Charan's choice.
It is evident that Ram Charan has bagged the remake rights of Malayalam Blockbuster 'Lucifer'. Charan got hooked by the plot in the original and the roles of Mohan Lal and Prithviraj Sukumaran impressed him. The role of Mohan Lal would be reprised by Chiranjeevi and the role of Prithviraj would be played by Ram Charan or any other actor of big stature.
Chiranjeevi is so firm on doing the film and is said to assign the task of rewriting the script to Sujith. The Director is believed to have made huge changes to the original to match the image of Megastar in Telugu States.
Till the recent days news suggested that Kollywood veteran actresses Kushbu Sundar or Suhasini Mani Ratnam and even VijayShanthi's name popped up to play the sister role as that of Manju warrier from the original. As it is a hit combo makers are believed to not selected anyone until now for that role.
Konidela Productions is banking on the talent of Sujith and expecting that he would handle the magnanimity of Megastar Chiranjeevi's image perfectly.
It is evident that Sujith has tried his best in showing the Pan India star Prabhas in a different style and managed a safe project 'Saaho' at the Box Office.
