Mahesh Lost 25 Crores Of His Remuneration!

Superstar Mahesh Babu is one of the highest-earning heroes in South India. Sources say that he took the non-theatrical rights as remuneration for his last three films. He reportedly took a total of 150 crores for all the three films and he even received a cheque. It worked out well for 'Bharat Ane Nenu' but trusted sources say that he had to cut short his remuneration for 'Maharshi' and 'Sarileru Neekevvaru'.
Apparently, 25 crores from his remuneration have been reduced. As the non-theatrical rights of 'Maharshi' were sold for 35 crores, Mahesh got 15 crores less than what he expected. The same happened with his recent 'Sarileru Neekevvaru'. Its non-theatrical rights were sold for 40 crores which means Mahesh had to reduce his remuneration by 10 crores.
This way, his remuneration got cut short by 25 crores from what was agreed upon earlier. Satellite rights, digital rights and dubbing rights used to have full demand. But it reduced in the last couple of years which resulted in a loss for Mahesh Babu. If have to see if Mahesh continues this same policy in future too or come up with a new one.
