The Movie Artists Association (MAA) Elections 2021 are nothing less than any political elections. Tollywood celebrities who are fighting for the MAA President polls are holding press meets like how the politicians do. With the countdown for the election started, the aspirants are putting their maximum effort into their campaign activities.
Despite a handful of candidates announcing that they will run for the MAA President election, the experts are of the opinion that the main fight will be between Prakash Raj and Manchu Vishnu.
All the aspirants are using the MAA building aspect for their campaign. Prakash Raj and Manchu Vishnu are also banking on the same issue.
Actor Manchu Vishnu who is campaigning for the elections vigorously, who is yet to announce his panel is said to be gearing up to do the same. The actor will announce his panel on Thursday reportedly. He is roping in senior actors allegedly as the panel members.
Reports say that veteran actor Babu Mohan will be the Vice President candidate for the polls while the senior actor Raghu Babu will contest for the General Secretary post reportedly. The reason behind Manchu Vishnu opting for senior actors is to counter Prakash Raj's panel reportedly.
The election notification that was released earlier says that the election will be commenced on the 10th of October from 8 AM to 2 PM at the Jubilee Hills Public School. The election results will be out on the same day.
