Mythri Movie Makers Huge Risk With Debut Hero!

Mythri Movie Makers are one of the biggest film producers in Tollywood. They bankrolled films like 'Rangasthalam', 'Srimanthudu' and 'Janatha Garage'. They started producing medium budget films too and made films like 'Chitralahari'.
For the first time, they took up the responsibility of launching a debut hero. They are introducing Mega hero Vaisshanv Tej to Tollywood with 'Uppena'. They joined hands with ace director Sukumar who is also a part of this film. Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, 'Uppena' is a rural drama with debutants Vaisshnav Tej and Krithi Shetty playing the lead roles and Vijay Sethupathi doing the villain role.
Apparently, the producers went overboard and spent around 18 crores for this film. It is a big risk to spend such big money on a debut hero and fresh director. With the turn of events in the past few months, the makers are worrying whether the money will be recovered or not.
That is the reason why the makers have convinced Sukumar to make corrections in the output now. But they are reportedly feeling tensed as Sukumar may ask for some reshoots which mean an overshoot in the budget. We need to wait and see how this film shapes up in the end.
