NCB arrests actress for possession of banned drugs!

Based on a credible piece of information received, the Narcotics Control Bureau(NCB) sleuths have conducted raids at a hotel in the Juhu area of Mumbai and two people were nabbed by them.
As per the media reports, the NCB sleuths have arrested actress Naira Shah along with her friend Ashiq Sajid Husain. It is said that the arrests were made on Sunday, but the news surfaced recently.
The actress was arrested under section 274 of the Indian Penal Code, which says storage, consumption, and possession of drugs are prohibited. One gram of cannabis was seized during the raid.
It is said that the duo was shifted to a hospital after the arrest for the tests and the medical reports reportedly said that the accused consumed the drugs. The accused appeared before a court and the court granted bail to the duo. The NCB is investigating the case, and more details are awaited.
