NTR Says Looking Forward To Walk Oscars Red Carpet!

India's pride RRR is getting bigger and bigger. After critical acclaim from celebrated directors like Steven Spielberg and other famous personalities in the west, the film is carrying high expectations of winning the prestigious Oscars. Fans are hoping that RRR would add another feather to its cap.

Young Tiger NTR who could not accompany the rest of the RRR team due to personal reasons finally landed in Los Angeles for the Oscars ceremony. He received a grand welcome there and he met a few fans and made their day.

Ahead of the awards ceremony, Young Tiger NTR gave an interview to the popular American channel Entertainment Tonight. Talking about walking the red carpet, NTR said that it is not him or the character Komaram Bheem that will walk the carpet. We will be carrying the whole nation when we walk the carpet, he said. Not as an actor from the Indian film industry, but I will be walking as an Indian, he added.

"I don't think it's going to be NTR or Komaram Bheem who is going to walk the red carpet. It's going to be whole India and we are going to carry the whole nation in our hearts as we step foot on the red carpet, I am looking forward to that!", Young Tiger said.

The Nandamuri scion also said that there is no possibility of him and Charan shaking the leg for the Naatu Nattu song as it needs a lot of preparation and practice. Having said that, Tarak expressed his happiness of being able to see MM Keeravani and Singers Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairava perform the song on the prestigious stage.

NTR also said that it feels great to have the 'Academy Award nominee' title be it for an actor or director and asked what else an actor could ask for. "What else could an actor ask for? he asked.

RRR is directed by SS Rajamouli. The Pan-India film tells us the functional story of celebrated freedom fighters Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem, played by Ram Charan and Young Tiger NTR respectively. The film emerged as one of the highest-earning Indian films.
