Naga Chaitanya To Romance Rashmika In His Next?

Akkineni hero Naga Chaitanya has been in the news a lot lately thanks to the comments made by Samantha in the 'Koffee With Karan' show. The press has been adamant to get a reply from him and his promotions for 'Laal Singh Chadda' are getting sidelined with questions on his divorce and recent relationship. As we know, he played a supporting role in Aamir Khan's upcoming film 'Laal Singh Chadda' which is going to hit the screens on 11th August.
Chaitanya's hit streak came to end because of his recent outing 'Thank You'. This film directed by Vikram Kumar and produced by Dil Raju turned out to be a big commercial failure. He has some interesting projects lined up. His horror-based web series 'Dhoota' is all set to release on Amazon Prime Video soon. Apart from that, he has okayed two projects with talented directors.
While he will be doing an action entertainer with Tamil director Venkat Prabhu, he gave the green signal to another romantic entertainer under the direction of Parasuram Petla. The 'Solo' director is known for his light-hearted love stories with good emotions. He tried to enter the star league with 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' but it did not happen. Though the film was a hit, it was mainly due to Mahesh's stardom and many criticized Parasuram for his weak story and routine second half.
He is planning to make a comeback with Naga Chaitanya's film and sources claim that GA2 Pictures banner will be bankrolling it. Grapevine suggests that the sizzling beauty Rashmika Mandanna will be seen as the heroine. As we know, Rashmika is doing all kinds of films in all languages. Apart from being busy in Hindi films, she recently did a supporting role in 'Sita Ramam'. She is working on the Tamil movie 'Varasudu'. Parasuram already worked with Rashmika in Geetha Govindham' which was his biggest hit. We need to wait and see if Rashmika becomes the heroine in Naga Chaitanya's project or not.
