Netflix Puts A Hold On Rajamouli & Team!

After the stupendous success of 'Baahubali', Rajamouli & Co decided to turn it into a franchise. As a part of it, they released a book titled, 'The Rise Of Sivagami' written by Anand Neelakantan. Talented directors Praveen Sattaru and Deva Katta decided to turn it into a web-series.
The show was supposed to be on Netflix from November but there is no news about it till now. The latest news we hear is that both Arka Media and Netflix officials are not happy with the output as it stands nowhere near the grandeur of Rajamouli's creation. The final cut made them rethink about this project and they decided to shelve it as per sources.
Talk in the industry is that Rajamouli will be involving in this and improve the content with some changes and reshoots. On the whole, we may not get to see it till the end of 2020.
