Nikhil Clarifies About Comparisons Between SPY & Devil!

Young and talented hero Nikhil has recently interacted with the press along with the entire team of 'SPY'. As we know, this action thriller is made on a grand budget and the teaser which came out recently got a massive response. While the audience are appreciating Nikhil's unique script selection, there are a few who say that Nikhil's 'SPY' and Kalyan Ram's 'Devil' have some relation.
When asked about this, Nikhil revealed that both the films are not at all related. He said, "We got to know that Kalyan Ram's film discusses about Subhash Chandra Bose after our teaser got released. Our story is entirely different. Kalyan Ram's film has a 1920s backdrop while ours has a modern backdrop. There is no relation between both the movies. We cannot compare 'SPY' and 'Devil' because we know its story. We talked to them and there is no similarity between both the movies."
He stated that the story was written based on the information revealed by the central government regarding Subhash Chandra Bose and claimed that they did not exaggerate much. Nikhil will be seen as a Spy in the movie and we need to wait and see how the movie turns out.
'SPY' will be hitting the screens on 29th June. Aryan Rajesh in his comeback is playing a special role. Iswarya Menon is the leading lady opposite Nikhil and Sanya Thakur will be seen as the second lead in the movie playing a powerful role. 'SPY' is bankrolled by K Raja Sekhar Reddy pf Ed Entertainments along with Charan Tej Uppalapati as CEO. Bollywood famous cinematographer Keiko Nakahara who was part of critically acclaimed films like Mary Kom, Shakunthala Devi, Tanhaji is working on this movie along with Hollywood DOP Julian Amaru Estrada.
Anirudh Krishnamurthy is the writer. Sricharan Pakala is the music composer while Julia Amaru Estrada is the director of photography. Ravi Anthony is the production designer while Arjun Surisetty is the art director. This action spy thriller will be released in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada languages.
