Director Kalyan Krishna Kurasala marked his debut with King Nagarjuna's blockbuster movie 'Soggade Chinni Nayana'. After that, he also gave a memorable hit to Akkineni Naga Chaitanya with 'Rarandoi Veduka Chudham'.
After that, he tried to come out of Akkineni camp and tested his luck with 'Nela Ticket' movie which ended up as a disaster at the box office. So, he tried to join back the Akkineni camp and is now going to do the sequel of 'Soggade Chinni Nayana'. Titled as 'Bangarraju', Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya are playing the lead roles. Rumours are rife that Naga Chaitanya is going to play the grandson role of Nagarjuna in this film. Nagarjuna who comes to rescue his son's marriage in 'Soggade Chinni Nayana' movie is going to the same for his grandson Naga Chaitanya in this film.
As Kalyan Krishna is not in the form these days, it seems like the director do not have a fixed remuneration and Nagarjuna has kept a condition that he will give some share from the profit if the movie becomes a hit before signing the film.
