Noted Singer takes part in Green India Challenge in Hyd

The Green India channel started by TRS Rajya Sabha MP Joginapally Santosh Kumar that aims at a bigger goal of increasing the green cover is getting bigger and bigger. The noble initiative had already entered the Guinness Book of World Records. Several celebrities across the fields have taken part in the challenge.
Now it's the turn of noted singer Srilalitha to take part in the initiative. As part of the mission, the singer reached the park owned by the Civic body Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) in Posh Jubilee Hills and planted saplings.
After planting saplings, the singer expressed her happiness over being a part of the appreciable act and urged everyone to plant trees whenever they have the opportunity so that future generations will have safe oxygen.
The Singer also used the situation to thank the ruling party Rajya Sabha member for his idea of planting saplings that ultimately help in safeguarding the environment, which is the need of the hour.
Earlier, famous celebrities like Legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan, Bollywood Perfectionist Aamir Khan, Ajay Devgn, Rakul Preet Singh, and others participated in the initiative and planted saplings.
