The US government is still doing all it can to get its entire population vaccinated but things are getting back to normal there. They have already initiated the lift of mask mandate despite some concerns with a few. Now, the theatres are reopening in full capacity which is a huge move from the government.
The theatres in the US are opening in full capacity without any restrictions from 24th June and it is a real treat for film loves. The AMC theatre chain which is considered as one of the biggest chain in theatres business all over the world are operating at 100% occupancy.
The US audience got habituated to watching films from the home over the past year and a half. Many movies like 'Wonder Woman' and others came directly to home through HBO Max but they are all set to witness the visual grandeurs once again on the big screens.
The theatres are yet to reopen in India. The lockdown made the theatres closed for the last 2-3 months and with the US theatres opening now, we need to wait and see when the screens reopen here.
