Padman Actor Donates Sanitary Pads To Underprivileged Women

Akshay Kumar who starred in 'Pad Man' film which was made on spreading awareness about the usage of sanitary napkins, has now come forward to support a campaign to provide sanitary pads and kits to the female daily wage workers.
He took to social media and announced the same urging people to donate for the cause.
"A great cause needs your support. COVID doesn't stop periods, help provide sanitary pads to underprivileged women across Mumbai. Every donation counts," Akshay wrote.
